It is important to have a good backup. Data loss can occur from

It can be a simple and cheap process to backup your data.

I recommend using low cost flash pen drives along with my FREE backup software.

The flash pen drive simply plugs into a USB port. You click on the backup icon on the desk top and all your valuable data is transferred to the pen drive. Put the pen drive in your fire-proof safe or take if off site.

Simple isn't it. Don't wait until you have a data loss to implement backup procedures.

What to back up...

•  Documents (e.g. all files in the mydocuments folder

•  Email addresses

•  Browser shortcuts

•  Business data (from specialized programs like M.Y.O.B.

•  Valuable pictures.
